A
New Formula is Created
We went to our
world-renowned formulator and asked him to analyze the
problems of taking care of your joints. We asked him to
design a safe, all-natural product to help people, beyond
what ordinary joint products were offering.
It took months of concentrated effort by his entire team
to assess all the contributing factors. Then, one day not
long ago, he called and said three words -- “I’ve got it!”
He had designed an advanced formula, unmatched by anything
on the market today. This formula was christened JOINT
ADVANCE. We’re proud to introduce it to you.
Here’s what’s you’ll get in every
tablet:
Glucosamine Complex 1500
mg - Glucosamine is a form of amino sugar that our
bodies naturally manufacture. It is considered one of the
major building blocks for joint protection. It is usually
found in conjunction with Chondroitin Sulfate, and is
widely used.
Chondroitin Sulfate 1200 mg - Chondroitin Sulfate
is also naturally found in the body. The American Academy
of Orthopaedic Surgeons states, “It (chondroitin) prevents
other body enzymes from degrading the building blocks of
joint cartilage.”
MSM 900 mg - MSM is a short term for a really long
chemical name: methylsulfonylmethane,
MSM provides sulfur, which
is a vital building block of joints, cartilage, skin, hair
and nails. It also supports the production of energy. It
is abundantly available in a normal diet, and is found in
meat, eggs, milk and other dairy products. Consequently,
we don’t usually need MSM to correct a dietary deficiency,
but for the other things it does. It helps normal
re-building of connective tissue.
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 90 mg - Vitamin C
deficiency is common in people who don’t eat enough fruits
and vegetables. It is often characterized by skin that
bruises easily, (cutaneous hemorrhages).
The American Journal of Public Health 2004, published
results of a study,
titled, “Vitamin C Deficiency and Depletion in the United
States: The Third National Health and Nutrition
Examination Survey, 1988 to 1994” (Am J Public Health.
2004 May; 94(5): 870–875.)
The study was conducted by Jeffrey S Hampl, PhD, RD,
Christopher A. Taylor, PhD, RD, and Carol S. Johnston,
PhD, RD.
The researchers concluded, “...our data indicate that a
considerable number of children and adults in the United
States are vitamin C deficient or depleted. Health
professionals should continue to recommend consumption of
vegetables and fruits, especially those that are rich in
Vitamin C. In addition, vitamin C supplementation should
be discussed with all patients, but especially those who
are at the greatest risk of vitamin C deficiency:
cigarette smokers and poor eaters.”
Ginger Root 100 mg - Ginger is an herb with many
benefits. It is most commonly used for nausea and to help
digestion. It is known to stimulate the secretion of bile,
and helps the liver remove toxins.
White Willow Bark 100 mg - Historical records
indicate people have been using willow bark since the time
of Hippocrates in 400 B.C. It is used to ease discomfort.
It was not until 1829 when scientists in Europe were able
to identify the active ingredient in willow bark. They
named it salicin.
